Report a common repairPartick Works Limited recently underwent a procurement exercise for the provision of environmental services to our factored blocks. The backcourt maintenance contract has now been split into two separate contracts, Waste Management and Grounds Maintenance.
All contracts are for a period of 3 years with an option to add on a further 2 years. The results are outlined below:
Common Close Cleaning and Common Close Window Cleaning
Tenement Steps Limited have been successful in obtaining the contract for the provision of Common Close Cleaning and Common Close Window Cleaning Services.
Waste Management
Caledonian Maintenance Services have been successful in obtaining the contract for the provision of Waste Management, including the bin pull out service, bin store sweep and tidy and power washing services.
Grounds Maintenance
Anderson Landscaping Ltd have been successful in obtaining the contract for the provision of Garden Maintenance, which includes all grass cutting, weeding, moss control, hedging and pruning.
The new contracts will come into effect from 1 April 2023. A schedule and specification of works for all environmental services will be available on our website soon. This allows owners to check when services are due to be carried out (allowing for some small adjustments for unforeseen circumstances and inclement weather), and ensure that all services are being carried out to the standards agreed by our contractors.
