What is involved in Commercial Properties?

Partick Works Limited owns and manages 33 commercial units consisting of shops, offices and works spaces within the West End of Glasgow.

All our units are different in size and style and vary from retail units, cafes, hairdressers and artisan chocolatier.

We currently have two commercial units available with class 1a use, 7 Keith Street is 1,656 sq ft, monthly rent is £2,364pm . 52 Keith Court is 827sq ft, monthly rent is £1,590.00pm. Both units have a mezzanine. Please contact us for further information on the application process.
