What are Mid Market Rent Properties?

Partick Works Limited provides quality, affordable mid market rent homes to assist those who are on low to modest incomes access affordable rented accommodation.

We currently have 87 mid market rent properties within our portfolio at Bearsden Road, Broomhill Gate, Centurion Way and Mansfield Gate.
