Make a Payment

Mid Market tenants, commercial tenants and owners can make a payment online by using World Pay.

If you are a mid market rent tenant please use your tenancy number as your reference number when making a payment.  If you have any questions about making a payment, please email mmrenquiries@partickworks.co.uk.

If you are a commercial tenant please use your tenancy number as your reference number when making a payment.  If you have any questions about making a payment, please email commercialenquiries@partickworks.co.uk.

If you are an owner and own more than one property please make separate payments for each flat/commercial property. You will find your reference number on your invoice under tenancy number. If you have any questions about making a payment, please email factoringenquiries@partickworks.co.uk.

We offer a number of convenient ways to pay:

• By using our online payment form (see form below)
• By Direct Debit from your bank or building society account, please contact a member of the factoring team to set this up on 0141 357 3773, Option 4
• By debit card at our office (link to contact on website) or by calling 0141 357 3773, Option 4
• By cash or debit card at any Post Office, shop or garage displaying the PayPoint signs. Please allow at least three working days for your payment to reach us.
• Partick Works Limited only accepts payments in Great British Pounds
• Partick Works Limited refund policy is to process all refunds within 28 days
